For businesses with an office in the Netherlands, healthcare facilities and (semi-) public institutions we ofer the possibility to book taxi rides on an invoice basis.
You will receive an invoice afterwards from us. No hassle with loose receipts, just all your rides listed in an orderly invoice.
Information
How does it work?
For sending you an invoice we will need your written permission. You give us that permission by sending en email to
Include in your email at least the following:
- Company name and business address
- Contact person (name, email, phone)
- Invoice data (email invoice to, attn)
- Trip data (date & time, taxi from -> to, passenger name, numer of people)
Once we have received your email we will process it and if accepted send you a confirmation email.
